Waiver (*)

I accept on behalf of , full responsibility for the care of the Interior Savings Credit Union’s (ISCU) 10x10 Community tent, and I agree to pay full current retail value to ISCU if the tent is not returned.

I agree on behalf of to hold harmless and indemnify ISCU from any and all liability for any property damage or personal injury to any third party resulting from the tent loan. Furthermore, should ISCU or anyone acting on its behalf be required to incur legal fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold ISCU harmless from all such fees and costs.

ISCU is not liable for any physical harm or injury arising out of the tent loan including but not limited to due to equipment failure, set-up, take-down, or any other activity involving the community tent when the tent is in ’s possession (including pick-up and drop-off). I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISCU and to waive any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, that I have or may have in the future against ISCU and to release ISCU from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury as a result of the tent loan, including claims in negligence.

I have read and understand the standard operating procedure for proper set-up, take-down, use, and security of the tent while on site at the event and in transit and sign on behalf of .
